Mr. Price is responsible for assembling the debt and equity for new development projects in addition to assisting Mrs. Debbie Mino on the accounting and cash management for the various entities within the US Prime Group portfolio.  Ryan will also be responsible for overseeing risk management of the companies and new developments.  Prior to joining US Prime Group in June 2024, Mr. Price served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple commercial real estate development companies in addition to his time as a CFO for multiple Dallas-based restaurant companies.  He has over 10 years of commercial banking experience where he focused primarily on underwriting and lending to various commercial real estate opportunities across the United States.  In 2004 he graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.  When he isn’t working on US Prime Group projects he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids at their home in Colleyville, Texas.
